Last week the Marmon Metal Services Group, made up of Marmon/Keystone, Future Metals, Orkal, and Aero-Hose, gathered at Cape Cod for three days of robust long-term strategy meetings. The sessions were led by Craig C. McCall, Psy.D. with eXecutive leadership partners and the results were incredible as each company worked individually and collaboratively to map their next three to five-year visions. Group President for Marmon Metal Services, John Buckridge stated, This is a huge commitment to pull so many of our personnel from their daily responsibilities to meet but I canât stress enough how important it is to work as one sharing ideas, directions, and plans for our futures.â In attendance were Company Presidents John Buckridge, S. Vito Sperando, Brandon Davis, Aaron Kranz, and SĂ©bastien Gallant along with leaders from the departments of Sales, Procurement, HR, Finance, Marketing and Continuous Improvement.
