Future Metals recognized by Lockheed Martin as “Elite Supplier”

Future Metals is proud to announce that our Texas Division has recently been named an Elite Supplier by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, representing the top one of a supply base of more than 1,400 suppliers. The prestigious award comes as a result of Future Metals’ contributions to the F-35 Lightning II program. Lockheed Martin recognized 20 small and large businesses that consistently provided outstanding support and high-quality parts while delivering on time in 2019.
Texas Division Manager, Gerardo Ramos, received the award virtually from Lockheed Martin’s Supply Chain Leadership team. Following the receipt of the award, Ramos explained: “To be recognized in this way by one of the giants of the global aerospace and defense industry is a testament to the team’s hard work.” Future Metals John Buckridge is thrilled to receive such great honor. “At Future Metals, we strive to be in class in everything we do; having that effort recognized and vindicated by Lockheed Martin is what continues to drive us to better still. In concert with Lockheed Martin, Future Metals contributes to Texas’s robust manufacturing sector and plays a significant role in our country’s national defense.
