Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to the success of our organization through a range of strategic planning and digital design tasks:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives. Assist in coordinating logistics for tradeshows and events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful representation.
Digital Design and Advertising: Create and manage compelling digital advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and other social media channels. Craft visually appealing content that engages the target audience and drives results.
Creative Design: Utilize your proficiency in the Adobe Suite to design captivating marketing collateral. Develop eye-catching visuals for various purposes, maintaining consistency in branding and messaging.
Event Swag and Partner Collaboration: Design and source event swag items, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Work with supplier partners to co-create co-branded marketing materials that strengthen relationships and expand reach.
Printed Materials and Phone System Management: Oversee the production of printed advertisement materials, ensuring quality and accuracy. Manage the company’s phone system to guarantee seamless communication.
HR Support: Collaborate with the HR team to design materials for career fairs, conveying the company’s culture, values, and opportunities effectively.
Sales Alignment: Work closely with the Sales Team to align marketing initiatives with their goals, enhancing lead generation and conversion strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of marketing experience or equivalent education/training combination. Prior involvement in the metals service industry or Aerospace Industry is a valuable asset.
Education: College Degree preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and conveying complex ideas clearly.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and accurate in all aspects of work, from content creation to project management.
Design Proficiency: Skilled in designing and editing content using Adobe Suite tools, showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing plans.
Multi-Tasking: Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality output.
Team Player: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
